SERVICE
Normal service includes cleaning and changing the battery. See the ‘For Owners’ section for help with these items. You can change the battery yourself if you have the right tools and technical ability or you can send your watch to our shop. If you’d like us to replace the battery for a small fee skip to the bottom and fill out the form at the end.
Warranty
Our warranty covers any issues that may arise from manufacturing or assembly defects for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. If any part of your watch fails or breaks under normal use conditions within 1 year of purchase please fill out the form below and we will work with you to repair or replace your watch at no cost. Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper servicing, or any other damage caused by use outside of the ’Recommendations for Protecting Your Watch’ are not covered by this warranty, nor is Felix Toucan LLC responsible for incidental or consequential damage of any kind.

Repair work not covered by warranty will likely require an additional fee but we will do our best to keep costs at a minimum. Registering your watch will help expedite the warranty process. If you need repair work please fill out the form below.
